Welcome to Me & My Shadow, Indoor Swim and Fitness Center for Dogs.
We aim to make your dog's visit a safe, positive and pleasant experience. Everyone here shares a great love for animals and we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality facility. We have a genuinely compassionate staff and a friendly atmosphere.
Please understand that we are here for recreational activities monitored by assistants and no one is a rehabilitation therapist. We can only offer our assistance, our own opinions, experience and knowledge when needed. You should consult your vet for the appropriate exercise or therapy for your dog.
Pet owners can bring their dogs here to receive the exercise they need regardless of how the weather is outside. Whether it is for the active dog, senior dog, show dog, working dog, or overweight dog, or even if your dog has health problems such as arthritis, hip dysplasia, joint diseases, or is recovering from an injury or surgery, we hope you find our facility useful. As with any exercise program, dogs get maximum benefit when they workout on a regular schedule. So being able to come inside when needed will help maintain that schedule.
